In 2021 Scottish Series will be operating under a very different model to ensure we can maintain as Covid safe an event as possible. This means that there are very limited opportunities for sponsorship in the traditional manner. As such we have placed our sponsor programme on hold for 2021. However should you wish to support the event with a financial contribution towards the running costs or chat to us about sponsorng the event in 2022 please read more about the opportunities on our new website here.

Knox Anchors are contributing an anchor (appropriate size for the boat) as a prize within the series
The Knox anchor is the only super high holding power anchor made in the UK, (made in Scotland). Invented by Professor John Knox (Edinburgh) himself a keen sailor, after he developed a testing regime for anchors and found most of those available lacking in performance. Indeed Professor Knox has described some widely used anchors as "just plain dangerous". It took over ten years of design and testing to perfect the Knox Anchor. It is available for those who want an anchor that sets immediately and holds tenaciously. With a holding power of over 40 times its own weight, the Knox is 30% better than any other! For more details, including how to buy one, see www.knoxanchors.com
