2 Feb 2020
The 1st of February 2020 may have seen Ireland hold off Scotland in the Rugby, but the team at Clyde Cruising Club were looking towards May and the annual Scottish Series regatta. With 29 vessels pre-registered before entry even went live the first weekend in February saw the offical launch of entries.
Speaking about some changes to the entry procedure for 2020 event chair, Glenn Porter intimated; "We want to make things as easy, and as quick as possible for competitors. This starts with entry and this year there will be no requirement to calculate and pay your entry fee at registration. With 2019 entrants not seeing any price increase this will be one of the best value years to enter the series. New entrants will also benefit from the early bird discount which is available until 23:59 on the 14th February 2020!"
With a new web presence being released for 2020 the Clyde Cruising Club looks forward to building a bigger, better and more informative online presence for Scotland's premier race event.
