Scott
Chalmers will talk about his recent very successful Trans Atlantic
participation in the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) Race. His
experience will be invaluable for anyone considering such a campaign.

(To be confirmed) It is hoped that Peter Douglas will be able to talk
on the work of the Northern Lighthouse Board.

Charlie
Craig will recount details of the Monkey Business cruise to the
International Festival of the Sea at Brest in 2004. This will include
advice on passage to and from Brittany, including details of the
festival, and the Parade of Sail of over 2500 boats.

Bill McLaren will entertain us with details of his superb cruise to the
Falkland Isles and South America.

Iain
Thomson our Racing Secretary will give an illustrated talk on the Bell
Lawrie Scottish Series with advice for anyone considering entering in
2008. The emphasis will be on encouraging entry from yachts racing in
the CYCA classes and will dispel any myths about competing at this
event.
